5Indemnification Framework
By operating the Platform, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Salary Calculator Online, its affiliates, partners, and mathematical developers against any claims, losses, standard lawsuit filings, damages, and operational fees (including reasonable legal expenses) resulting from your violation of this Agreement, unauthorized re-sharing of local calculation reports, or any financial losses sustained under real investments modeled via our calculations.
6Governorship, Jurisdiction, and Arbitration
This Agreement and your operation of the Platform are strictly governed by, interpreted under, and executed in accordance with the internal legislation of the State of Washington, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal actions or dispute resolutions relating to these terms must undergo mandatory private arbitration in Seattle, Washington, under standard rules of the American Arbitration Association, bypassing traditional litigation boundaries.
7Severability and Legal Enquiries
If any clause of this legal agreement is found by an arbitrary jurisdiction or tribunal to be unlawful, invalid, or wholly unenforceable, the remaining sections persist in full legal force and structure.
